Emperial Web Design was founded in 1997 and was a division of a fortune 500 printing company, The Mirodon Group, Inc., based in Tampa Florida.
Our division handled all the graphic design, printing prep work and managing their corporate web site.
As our company developed, we decided to expand our services to include web advertising, search engine submissions, custom computer systems and networking.
So in 1999, Emperial Web Design became Incorporated and the name was changed to Emperial Design, Inc.
Even though we were no longer a division of The Mirodon Group, we still managed their website and provided our services to them.
During the next 2 years, we experienced difficulties competing with local computer stores selling low-cost systems such as the e-machine and with web design, since there were many emerging web design businesses.
Towards the end of 2001, we decided to rewrite our business plan and focus our energy in a new direction, web development and database design.
The result of our hard work has produced a new e-commerce solution called Databind which is a site management tool to design, build and create an online store.
Our current services include Domain name and Hosting, e-commerce and database development and our online store utilizing the program we have developed.
